SUV RENTAL
Was upset at first I had Reserved a full size SUV. It was not available at my pick up time however while I was waiting a 2026 Blazer came in and I accepted this vehicle. It was a very nice ride, smooth, great gas mileage and cheaper rental price.

Driving to Houston using Hertz
The store manager (IZU) was very professional and very respectful of my time by anticipating my needs for my trip. He was doing everything from processing the customer to making sure the vehicle was prepared to be given to the customer. Hertz has an employee willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done with a smile.

Outstanding customer service
I first spoke on the phone with Izu Ike and he was very friendly and patient and all around helpful. In person and even though extremely busy from his intro up to receiving the rental he provided one of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time..

I needed a full size suv and found one…
I needed a full size suv and found one with them through AAA and was able to book it. Like many of you I read the reviews and thought I'll just check in person if they really have it(I needed it that same day). I went in person and was told they didn't have anything bigger than a mini suv. The only reason its not a 2 start review is because of the helpful people working the counter. I will not book with them again.

The store was amazing. I was in a bind and they hopped in and helped even on a holiday weekend. Go directly to them. Bypass corporate. They solved what corporate made a mess.
