Stephen was awesome!
Stephen was awesome and very reassuring about the car rental. As well as my trip to Mississippi to pickup my daughter in the military from A-school to come home for leave. Haha. He did a great job addressing one minor hiccup with the windshield and wipers. He was very professional and empathetic. Overall, I would definitely rent from this Hertz location by the Garber Automall in Green Cove Springs, FL.

At check out, the agent was busy, but he continued to acknowledge that I was there and even made sure to let another customer know that I would be the next served when they tried to move in, he was very polite in sharing the information. His attentiveness was very much appreciated.
The vehicle I rented was clean and perfect for my trip needs.

It took way too long to get my rental. After, processing with the agent, he then left for must have been at least 15-20 minutes to get the car. Apparently, it needed to be cleaned and wash. I'm not sure why he wouldn't have just given me a car that was immediately available.
