SLOW CHECK OUT AND DIRTY VEHICLES
I arrived at 10:30am to pick up my rental. I waited just about an hour to get my rental, there were only 2-3 people ahead of me. I finally got my DIRTY vehicle at 11:30. No one greeted or said "we will be with you shortly". Upon returning I told the representative that this is the third time I rented from this location and each time I received a dirty vehicle. His response was they at least vacuum the inside and the City of Hayward will fine them is they wash the vehicles.
