Convenient location
The location was very convenient for my stay in Downtown Las Vegas. I arrived before this location's opening at 8 am. I thought maybe no one was working that day. The Hertz worker came promptly at 8 to set up his computer. Seems like he was the only worker. He was very attentive and processed my reservation quickly and went to get my rental from the garage. The rental car was perfect for my short use.

The car I reserved was not the car I selected during the reservation process
The car I reserved was not the car I picked up. I selected a specific car for multiple reasons and was told at check in it wasn't available and wouldn't be for a few days.

Room for improvement.
Went to pickup the car I had reserved. No one was at the desk. Called the number as instructed, waited for the associate to come down only to find out that they didn’t even have my reservation. Had to wait longer as they needed to “clean” the car. After almost an hour past our reservation time we finally picked up a car that was dirty on the outside and the gas was almost empty (dashboard said 49miles till empty)😓 Other than all that, the car was great.

Quick, Easy, and Excellent Service. There was no line or wait, and the entire process was quick and efficient. The staff was friendly and helpful, and he was able to give us our preferred vehicle without asking. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely rent from this Hertz location again.

Ron at the Circa provided excellent service and provided us the vehicle we needed for our road trip day to the Grand Canyon!

Check in was excellent and dropping off…
Check in was excellent and dropping off was awesome. We decided to drop the vehicle off the night before instead of the morning of and the drop off was easy. The valet even took the keys from us and told us we were all set.
