Waited for 20 minutes to be served. Did not have the car i reserved. Waited another 25 minutes for an Uber to take me 20 minutes to another Hertz location. Took 15 minutes to get a car there. Drove another 20 mInutes back home. Hertz in Longmont CO is a clown show. I would strongly advise avoiding it and choosing a better rental company.
