Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They to their best to help you with what they have. Always make your booking more than 2 business days to help give the staff time to find your vehicle. Be patient as they get a lot of people who don't seem to understand the rental process. Do your research online before going in as well, hertz does a good job of answering questions regarding rentals on the website.
