It is very convenient to rent so close to the house. Selection of cars is great and the staff is very nice and good customer service. There is not enough people working at this office. You might take a long time before you are helped when they are busy.

The rental car was ready, quick services, and cars are always extra clean.
The rental car was ready and quick services from the staff. The car was extra clean and pleasant smelling. The car and staff made me and family feel like the car was safe and I have recommended Hertz to all my friends, coworkers and family. All cars and trucks Hertz has on site are very clean and newer in age. The company is doing great and training the staff as I see that they go above and beyond week in and week out. They have a persistent great service level at all times. Especially the branch in Tamiami Airport, Fl located at 13205 sw 137th ave Miami, FL.
