i was charged so much for a one day…
i was charged so much for a one day rental. i was "upgraded" when i rented the veh due to shortage. i didnt like the option i was given so i returned it early and i was charged so $125 for one day rental which is outrageous. if i would've been told that i was going to get charged because i was returning early i would've just kept it until the day it was due. i was never informed of these charges!

The car was not ready branch charges extra
The car was not ready for the reservation, ended up getting a different car that didn’t want. the branch charges additional fees that are not on the invoice at the end of the reservation.

Gold Member NOT HAPPY!
It's important for employees to give us time to check the rentals rather than, here the keys and takes off back to the office. This day wasn't busy... The first car they tries to rent me smelled like an astray, the second car had ants that I didn't notice until the day got HOT! they stated to come out the speakers & AC vents. NOT HAPPY!

They tack on 700% for any toll fees
They tack on 700% for any toll fees, even when I have my own transponder/account and tried to pay them via my account; they wouldn't allow it. It's absolutely theft. They also charged a $30.00 fee for a parking ticket that I had already paid immediately. They are so deceptive and predatory.
