Forced to use minivan
I scheduled my rental months in advance but when I showed up for my compact sedan they had only a minivan for me. Not fun for seven days of winding roads, city, and high gas costs. Plus I had to pay an extra $80 for parking because it was "oversized".

The car I rented was not available at…
The car I rented was not available at the location when I got there. Customer service didnt seem to think this was a problem, and offered the only car available. I had to pay more to rent the car, and am now awaiting reimbursement.
