Isaiah Joplin seems to be the only representative that works here but he is all you need. Friendly, professional and very knowledgeable he will do his hardest to give the best experience Hertz has to offer. I have rented multiple times from him and feels like seeing an old friend when I walk through the door. I'm not renting from Hertz I'm renting from Isaiah.
