Absolutely awful experience—cars are NOT maintained well
Absolutely awful experience. The check in process was fine but the car’e engine light was on and it needed maintenance immediately (the car said so). Then we get another car and it also said it needed maintenance. They checked the records, the code wasn’t cleared, ok fine. Then I take the car off the lot and it immediately has low tire pressure. I turned around and asked for a different car. There were none so I said no thanks. The manager had offered to cancel the contract and refund the money, which I’m still waiting for and it was supposed to be refunded on Friday.
