I was charged a fee which I did not…
I was charged a fee which I did not know about and when I asked the fee to be removed the manager yell at me and told me I knew about the fee which I did. I also called the Gold Line and the fee was supposed to be removed but as of yet it has not. Since COVID your customer service has bee lousy!
