I rented a vehicle from Punta Gorda…
I rented a vehicle from Punta Gorda airport on line, inputed the pickup date and time. When I arrived no vehicles were available, then they found an upgrade vehicle that cost me triple what my original vehicle was to cost. So I used part of my points for the original rental, but received no benefit and no explanation as to why: a) no cars were available even though I had reserved one, b) wasted my points on a discount that I did not receive, c) why I was charged for an upgrade when my original reservation was not upheld at the rental office.

Shocking Experience

Just disappointing because I paid a lot of money for the week for it to be in that condition
