we never have a problem with Hertz. I've rented from Enterprise and they accused me of the car having a problem on the mirror even though I had a photograph when I dropped it off on a Sunday. I never have to worry about Hurtz accusing me of bogas claims. The lady at the counter (I wish I knew her name) was amazing! I will never rent with anyone but Hurtz

Establishment not clean, blue cup with cigarette butts was at the front entrance both when we picked up the vehicle and when we dropped it off 3 days later, leading us to believe that this is the norm for this facility. Same inside, looks like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.
