No car, poor service, pay extra to be a customer
There was no car at the location I designated for pickup. Staff was uninterested in providing any resolution, yet if i canceled, I would be penalized. I called customer support and was told I would have to take a Lyft to another location to pick up a car, which cost nearly $40. Was told that Hertz would reimburse me. Staff at the next location was rude and the woman at the desk stated I was a walk-in (despite having a reservation) and would have to wait. 2 weeks since this interaction, I have still not received a reimbursement for the rideshare. btw, I am a President's Circle member and still got treated like crap.
