Many times the car or suv i book are not at the rental site when i arrive. Sometimes there are no vehicles. The Hertz electronic reservation system is faulty. It is always hit or miss.
Charges are incorrect. I’ve send a couple of emails and no one has reaponded. As a presidents circle member this is unacceptable.

Great Experience
Considering the negative reviews that I read prior to renting here I found the experience quite positive. The agents were all very friendly and accommodating. The car was clean, comfortable, and roomy and I could tell that the vehicle was well maintained. The process during the rental and return was quick and efficient. I would not hesitate to rent from this location in the future.
