In the beginning of this reservation I was very unhappy
In the beginning of this reservation, it was a nightmare and very disappointing to me as a customer.
The experience caused a huge amount of stress and frustration. After speaking with Grace, my mind was put to rest. I will say that Hertz Customer Service Relations did take the initiative to rectify the problem. I truly appreciate the effort and time spent to resolve the issue and make me feel confident in Hertz again. I would like to thank the Sugarland Airport staff for their support and dedication in helping me through this process. The young lady, who processed my reservation was very nice and helpful. She made sure that I was completely satisfied and showed so much respect during the process.

Everything was fine until I got an…
Everything was fine until I got an email 2 days after I returned the vehicle asking me to complete an incident report about a rock chip in the windshield! This was in spite of the fact that I had purchased the damage waiver. You need to not make such a big deal out of a rock chip.
