Police Called On Paying Customers
Upon entering the Rt 22 location a rude employee pushed a customer and called the cops on the rest of the customers because it was the end of his shift. Thankfully one of the better employees named Hendrix stayed and was able to help me get my car once the police and disgruntled employee left. It was very disturbing to see law enforcement called on people are coming to get cars that were reserved.
This employee need to be dealt with asap before legal action is taken.

The 2 employees you had working on 9/5 & 9/10 were very professional considering they were understaffed on the 5th. Checking people in and servicing every vehicle. I want to say most of the customers were getting impatient, but also understanding that your 2 employees were understaffed.

No ready vehicle despite reservation
There was no vehicle ready when I arrived and I had to wait an hour for my car. No compensation was offered to me. They were prompt once the vehicle came in.
