Quick service

The customer service representatives are professional, courteous, and quick to take care of customers’ needs. My only complaint is that the location is not open on weekends. Because of this, I have to rent the car for additional days even when I don’t actually need it.

They take care of me at the Warren, Ohio store! They always make sure we get what we need and they always are cool people

The new management team was great, welcoming, professional, and accommodating. The vehicle is was given was nice and in good condition. I had to wait for it to be cleaned. The new location hours are not accommodating.... the earlier close time and eliminating weekend hours forces additional rental days on you.

I had the BEST experience at the Hertz on Youngstown Warren Rd in Warren Ohio. I want to thank Sierra Gamble for amazing job she did. She took care of me and my parents. She was very clear on the process she made sure to add my AAA discount/AAA insurance. She did everything she could to make sure that I would be leaving with a rental that day. Thankfully they had an SUV that came in that day. Most of the vehicles were already booked with reservations, but Sierra was definitely working it out for me. Sierra understood that unexpectedly my vehicle had to go to the shop and they had no loaner car for me. Sierra truly made my day and weekend. She needs to receive a raise or something special for how well she did. She was very understanding and compassionate. Thank you so much Sierra! You Rock!! I’ll be looking for her again every time I go to that specific Hertz location in Warren.

Car was not maintained. I had to spend 4 hours in a shop getting the maintenance done for Hertz. They delayed the approval of the maintenance request, after saying it was sent over, wasting more of my time.

They also didn't have my car on the lot, so I had to take a more expensive car and they charged me for the more expensive model instead of taking care of the customer.

When I mentioned all of this at drop off, I asked to speak to the manager when he was in on Monday, no one called me back and I cannot navigate the post-dropoff call in menu to get ahold of anyone. Very disappointed in Hertz on this rental. Apparently if you rent from a small location, you dont get good customer service.

My experience started with Quintasia doing whatever she could to secure me a vehicle. The check in process was quick, I was in and out in less than 5 mins. Vehicle was clean and ready for me. When I returned the vehicle, Kyla was friendly and professional. The drop off was under 3 mins. This particular location has been outstanding to deal with.
