Very pleased with the service from Hertz. The team is very pleasant and courteous, accommodating, and professional. We will continue renting from the W. Springfield location. Didn’t have the vehicle I reserved even though I booked months in advance. Dispite them having the lot full of cars they could only offer me a small suv when I booked for a mid size because I needed the space. Couldn’t even make an accommodation seeing as I was a 5 star rewards member and rent from hertz frequently this is why I’ll only be renting from the airport.
