I have this gold watch with the pearl dial for over a year now, and it still looks like new! I wear it every day, to the office, on holidays and it still looks amazing. No scratches, nothing.

I also still get so many compliments!

My partner wears a much more expensive watch, and his has more scratches than mine…

So I would definitely recommend buying one!

Overcharged me by over £100 for the watch and only when i went back onto see the product as it looked “little cheap” that i noticed…how can you overcharge by £100?? The watch looks cheap and not as elegant as the pictures. Definitely nicer watches out there. Still waiting for a response as to whether i will get my £100 difference

The watch was fine but one year later it already shows black spot on the strap and I didn’t even wear it that much and was v careful .it clearly does not have a great quality to last years if that’s what you are looking for .

I first ordered the wrong watch. I felt like that watch didnt look like the pictures and had a cheap look to it. The return was super easy, and the money was back in our account in good time. Because I had ordered the wrong watch the first time I gave it another chance. The delivery both times was super quick! I love this watch so much, and would recomend! Wish I could post a photo in the review, it is stunning!

When opening the package I noticed that 1 watch was missing! But I don't know how or what, watch fell out of my package and I didn't see this!

I contacted customer service in the meantime, they responded very quickly with proof that everything was nice, which I thought was super strange. If you would like to receive 1 watch, I investigated myself and saw that the watch was in my car!

I would like to return everything I received!

They indicate that I am committing fraud? And that door word given to UPS? What does UPS have to do with this? I never said the package is damaged? Or has it been stolen?

I have apologized a few times because this is not the intention! But they're closing the business?😂

Bij het openen van pakket zag ik dat er 1 horloge ontbrak! Maar ik weet niet hoe of wat, horloge viel uit me pakket en zag dit niet!

Ik heb ondertussen contact opgenoemen met de klantenservice, hun reagerde super snel met de bewijze dat alles netje was geleveerd, ik vond super raar. Want had 1 horloge ontvangen, daardoor ben ik zelf gaan onderzoeken en zag dat de horloge in me auto zat !

Ik wilde graag alles retouren van wat ik heb ontvangen!

Ze geven aan dat ik een fraude pleeg? En dat dit door word gegeven aan UPS? Wat heeft ups hier mee te maken? Ik heb nooit gezegd dat het pakket beschadigd is ? Of is gestolen?

Ik heb paar keer mijn excusses aangeboden omdat dit echy niet de bedoeling is! Maar ze sluiten de zaak?😂

Everything was very nicely packaged, there were attributes to make the watch strap smaller. The watch looks beautiful and chic, good quality. Next time I will order there again

I have placed and order on 21Dec and I received a confirmation that parcel is being shipped on 22Dec. Today is 7Jan and the order has not been received yet. I sent an email to ask the company where is my purchase and I didn`t get any reply. I really hope this company is real and I don`t have to say that I lost my money... But I would never buy again from such companies there you should take a risk on yourself. It is a good lesson.

Amazing, sophisticated classic watch with a very beautiful dial that shimmers with a shade of blue pearl. This was a pleasant surprise for me, as it wasn’t clear from the product photos on the website. It’s also convenient to make size adjustments, and additionally, it was packed very presentably & fashionable.
Also, Hexter & Baines offer a one year guarantee if you leave them a review on their own website.
Would recommend definitely!
Delivery via DHL was so smooth to Poland, zero issues. I got it within 5 business days max.

DHL lost my package. I texted the support from H&B. Within two business days a new package arrived at my place via express delivery! Awesome! 👏🏽

I have been offered a refund after ups completed an investigation which proved the parcel was tampered with. I’ve had to send original packaging back to hexter and baines which is the only pointless part of this process as it just longs it out even more. However I’m sure there’s good reasoning behind this. The parcel is now with Hexter and baines and I will complete the review once this whole process is dealt with. I do wish this process was dealt with quicker as it got to the point where I thought it was just brushed aside and I had to buy another gift ontop of the £450 already spent and would’ve just rathered the original gift idea. However knowing I can now trust their process I hope to buy from them soon hopefully with a much more positive outcome]**

I ordered a watch about 3-4 weeks ago and paid for fast delivery as it was my girlfriend's birthday. The parcel was almost delayed and went out for delivery twice (fist time the driver had no time left to make the delivery). Once i collected my parcel from a ups pickup point at my local shop i noticed the cardboard was folded and box was deformed. Upon further inspection the box was stolen. Please note i took as much photo evidence as possible. i contacted hexter and baines and they said to contact ups to make a claim. on the ups claim page the only option they gave me was to contact the sender. At first the responses were great and i felt assured this would be dealt with. Now 3 weeks later and their response's are slow and they keep going around the same subject of them trying to contact ups. this just seems like a dead end and £450 down the drain. the most annoying factor about this is my girlfriend really wanted the watch which was supposed to be a surprise but i had to explain the reason why i was empty handed and assure her hexter and baines would send a replacement as soon as they can.

Nice boxes and the kit is great. Very clever to have jewelery that fits. So many nice products so it is hard to pick the right watch. Maybe i will buy one more(,")

After a little problem I had a new watch shipped to me so I can enjoy it.

The watch is great, it was a gift for my daughter and she damaged the wrist band. Hexter and Baines did not hesitate to replace it for free which is outstanding! Thanks a lot, this is how business and support should be!!!

The watch is woowww I’m in love and I wrote to the customer service about shipping and got an answer after like a day so they are good. Really like it and I would 100% order from them again😊
About the tracking link: just know that it won’t work at first but after a few days it will work so do t worry

Watch is beautiful, delivery smooth but I must disagree that the packaging is gorgeous. Pretty box but my daughter paid extra for it to be ‘ gift wrapped’. We all know what that is like but in the event it was just a small paper bag folded in the packaging!!!
To charge pounds for that is criminal. What a shame!
