Avoid this company at all costs,I had the machine and after a few goes it just stopped working,I sent an email and a mo th later still no response.i bought the exact same machine on SHEIN and I tell no lies when I say it is the exact same machine only difference is it was €16..the machine hey silky sells for well over €100 is the exact same machine SHEIN sells they came from the exact same factory..please guys do not waste you money or time with this scam company

Terrible and I mean terrible customer service. In fact when I try to email them at the email address provides on website it bounces back. I never received the item and had to dispute the charge. Interesting enough the first time I posted this they contacted trustpilot because of something defamatory(their words) I posted along the lines of dont expect your item anytime soon and I have had to change my wording.

SCAMMER site be warned!!!! They advertise a IPL Product for $200+ and TRUST me, you will receive a fake imitation product that will cost you generally $28. You will not get a refund nor any email response so be warned. Wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased their fake products. We live and we learn but don’t fall for these SCAMMERS!!! My loss is your gain so steer clear of this company!!! You have been WARNED!!!

They sent me a regular Chinese hair removal product and not one with the hey silky skin logo!! SCAM

I have been using it for 6 months and no results. I suspect it might be a counterfeit version of the real ones.

I don’t know about some people saying they didn’t receive their product. I’ve had my silky skin device for several years now. I used it as directed the first year and haven’t touched it until recently. It does stop regrowth and for years I’ve only had to shave once a week when I used to have to shave daily. I recently restarted and am even seeing more results! For the price it has helped immensely.

Such a dodgy company! They have taken my money but have not supplied the product. Contacting them has gone nowhere. Do NOT buy their products!

I ordered on 15th December and it's been almost 4 and half months and I have been sending mail but now they stopped responding to it and they even send me fake tracking number. Now I realised it's a totally scam website. Please refund

I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering. They have sent no product, my order has not been processed/changed in over 2 months and they ignore requests for refunds. This company is a scam, they continually lie about order getting ready within the next week and have automatic/copy-pasted responses to emails. They ignore emails and do not respond within a week often. Avoid this 'company', if I could give zero stars I would.

I purchased this item during Covid time and used it multiple times according to the instructions and it never worked !
They keep telling me to use it more times and I did and again it never worked !
I believe I have wasted my money and my time !

The whole business is a scam. I can’t emphasise how regretful I am to have fallen for it. I bought something on the 4th of October and it was supposedly sent on the 16th of October. Today is November 17th, and it still hasn’t arrived! I’ve sent many emails asking for updates and received few non-updates. So I asked for a refund and… now they’re ignoring my emails. They stole my money! I’m writing this review to warn people against making the same mistake I did. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from heysilkyskin.

I thought I was on to a good thing, seemed to show results until the handset became faulty after a couple of months of use. The customer service to replace it was great. However it happened again. It was replaced, then when it was faulty again they just ghosted my emails. I attempted for another 6 months to contact them and got nothing. I want my refund. I even paid extended warranty but how to even get that now is beyond hope. Heysilkyskin please respond to your emails. It's a joke.

Don't waste your money on this product. The cable broke in 2 months and I never got a new cable sent even though it was damaged and I even sent them videos of proof- they told me to click and wait for the green light which I did and the cable still wasn't functioning. They offered me an alternative: which was to purchase a new cable. OHHH and to top things off; I also burned my upper lip to which resulted in a scab for 8 weeks. Worst purchase I've ever spent money on.

Have used weekly for about 5 months and although regrowth is slower than with shaving, it still needs to be done weekly, and on my face it’s not really worked at all. Would not recommend for permanent results or even long lasting results. Lucky it was on sale when I bought it!!!

Zero stars! Appalling customer service. Lies from beginning to end And don’t even get me started on their so-called ‘free shipping’. They’re polite until you have a problem or request a refund then it’s just ignoring and/or passive aggressive responses.

It’s an SCAM! Ordered the product, then got an email requesting more money from me for it to be actually delivered to my house. I said no, and would like a refund as I had been told bad things about this company and the customer service was rude. Was told I’d get a refund, it’s been over 15 days, no refund was issued, no one is replying to me. Just being completely ignored, yet they’ve kept my money. COMPLETE SCAM!

I've been using it for over 6 months now and don't think it's worked - if it has, its minimal. Tried many different intensities and use it once a week. Will unfortunately have to go back to in store laser
