Don't fall for the trap
Would I recommend Hey! to anyone? Absolutely NOT!! Several reasons.
First of all, I signed up for a contract (25GB) with a lifetime discount of 2 euros (€7 instead of €9). I never received this discount. My first invoice was €18 for 2 mobile phones. Eventually, after repeated attempts (because Orange does not help Hey! customers by phone), I did manage to get someone on the line. It took 30 minutes to get what I was entitled to, at least for the next billing period. The €4 that was wrongly charged and therefore overpaid will not be refunded. This is, by definition, theft based on false promises.
Secondly, roaming works very poorly. In the Netherlands I simply have no internet. With only an online customer service, I was completely stuck, couldn’t open the parking gate, and had to spend a long time looking for solutions, because Hey! was once again unreachable. That’s what happens when you only help people online but fail to meet your own obligation (providing internet service).
Thirdly, the online chat is an absolute disaster. I refer to ticket number #1280379. Waiting even longer than 1 hour+ makes no sense.
In short, your service relies on false promises, theft, poor or non-functioning roaming services, and a customer service that is completely dysfunctional. It's by far the worst service ever from a telecom company. I will not recommend it to anyone. On the contrary, I will actively and strongly discourage everyone from using it. Being new on the market is one thing (small mistakes here and there are acceptable) but this is amateurism at its worst. And, the unwillingness to refund overpaid amounts, even if it’s only €4, is simply fraudulent. Shame on you!
I give order SIM 24 November 2025 but i received SIM on 11 December 2025 . My package bundle is 7€ unlimited calls and SMS and 25 GB but send me mail 9€ ? I don't understand the reason.
Let me know the package details please 🙏
Shit-show and a scam if using roaming
Shit-show if you want to use your roaming(a scam), suddenly stops far before the limit like only <1gb if they promise 35gb. Helpdesk is also a shit-show contact them and if you are back in non roaming area the call you if the problem is still going on. By helpdesk they thinks just talk to the customer and eveything is ok...

I will update if I ever get the internet installed.
3 appointments with 3 different technicians and still they hadn't installed the internet yet, first technician didn't even seem like he wanted to work at all, giving us fake excuses and lying on the document about the reason of cancellation for the appointment.
Also everytime they cancel the appointment they completly cancel the internet demand too, it seems they just don't want new clients. I have to be filling up everything from scratch again over and over, and it wouldn't even be that bad except for the website, which is REALLY bad, it almost never works, you can't even submit a form, and fields are limited in number when they shouldn't, nothing is good, and if you call them and want to buy it through telephone they tell you that the promo is only available in the website....

Shout out to @Heytelecom for the authentic historical experience in Ireland! Forget 5G, forget 4G, I'm absolutely FLYING on HSPA+ 🚀. That's right, my roaming speed is so vintage, I'm pretty sure I could start an archaeological dig with my download times.
Current location: Ireland.
Current data speed: Sufficient to send smoke signals.
Seriously, is the roaming partner network powered by a hamster on a tiny, waterlogged wheel? I'm trying to send a photo of a Guinness, not translate the Book of Kells!

Horrible
It's horrible. I've been waiting for my request to be activated for a month, but I still haven't received a response. They're incompetent and not serious.
Best price/quality for mobile and Internet in Belgium
Currently - the best price service/quality in Belgium. For example was paying 10 EUR more with EDPnet for 50 Mbit/s slower Internet.
Needs improvement on:
- ability to disable voicemail
- chat platform and response time
- installations planning - they went to wrong address
Hate you
Horrible user experience! I lost so much time of my life with them. Hate hate hate
Very awful experience
Very awful experience! The entire month of september, our 2 abbonements did not worked !So i ve decided to change the operator. But surprise, they charged us 20 euros extra for each subscription invoking some inexistent delay of payments! So, i can stay one month without their services, no problem, but if they get the payment one day later then is the end of the world!!! Disgusting behavior- thoose are capable to search for you even for 1 euro!!!
Warning
cheap overall good, but when you cancel (for moving out of the country for example) they keep the extra money of the last month and you can "reuse" it if you take another product from them
basically just theft

The worst service in Belgium from my experience
It is been 24 hours I am waiting to activate my sim card and I could not do it, I called the company I was told they are waiting for someone to do it from their side , and the first call actually I was told they can not help me.. Very bad service I should not change my provider.
Breaking my legs is a better experience than Hey!
I was with Zuny which was fantastic! Then out of nowhere they get bought by Orange/Hey! and I was forced to make the switch. Of course with that, comes the worst **** service/experience I've ever seen in my 30 years of life.
Home connection is constantly dropping for no reason, and then the cherry on top is their absolutely AMAZING customer support. You can wait in chat for 6h and still not receive an answer, and when they do reply, then they just leave you. LOL. I don't even know how you're legally allowed to operate like this to be honest.
I wont even bother anymore, I'm just gonna switch to VOO or M-VIKINGS.
