This company must be getting very wealthy. I ordered the sticks and balls game from them three months ago. Never have heard a word from them. They kept the money I sent them however. ($57.10)

Feels like a scam

I also made a purchase with hfelau.com (it says lotuscas.com on my receipt, and hfelau.com links to that site) through an Instagram ad for magnetic balls and sticks on April 17th, 2020. Checking the tracking link on my receipt says that the tracking information does not exist and there is no updated information when I check my order online. I have started the resolution process through PayPal. I would honestly still love to receive this product, but given that it was supposed to ship/arrive within 20 days ... after two months it just feels like a scam.

Where's my package?

I ordered mid-April. Order shows it was shipped and received at a customs clearing house in CA. Fedex shipping label generated 4/23/20. Fedex hasn't received the package. I've sent numerous emails to company for updates and all I get back is "please be patient". I've been more than patient! Wish I would have known where this was coming from before I ordered.

Scam company

I ordered these on March 24 and have not received it yet. This is the first time i ordered something through facebook and it will be my last time. Too bad I didn’t look at reviews before. I filed a dispute with my bank and they credited my account for the amount ,50.98, because i am a good customers. I asked them if they go back to the company to get money back and he said that sometimes. I consider myself very fortunate to receive my money back. This is a lesson learned for me. I will never order anything online through a commercial on Facebook or any other forum. Lesson learned!!!

Do not trust them

Do not trust them. They don't ship your product and then give you the run around (wait several more days, give you a new tracking number which doesn't work, etc.) and will not refund your money.

My order was placed early in April

My order was placed early in March. What I remember from the order is the company name. The next line read London, G.B. Implying the company is in England. I can’t find an address to complain and cancel the order. Where is the address found? I want to cancel my order.
Thank you

I too was VERY surprised to see the teenie tiny pieces when they arrived! Not at all like they advertised! How in the world can you make the spinning wheels & Eiffel Tower with these?? Again.......if it sounds too good to be true - it is!!!

They send you the pieces they say they…

They send you the pieces they say they will on their web page, but these same pieces do NOT make the items depicted in their pictures and video (the items you build will be smaller, not the same shape, and less intricate). You will also not receive a manual as stated on their website. Return shipping to China is $20 if you want to return it.

BEWARE - do not purchase from Hfelau!!

I cannot even believe what I received!!! I bought the set of magnetic balls & rods for my grandkids. What a scam!!! I wish I would have read the reviews first!! They should be shut down. The box they came in is literally 3.5" X 2.25". I paid $36.37 with the shipping. I want to send them back, but wouldn't trust I'd receive a refund. In fact, someone also said they don't issue refunds, just 20% off of your next purchase. Really??? I shop online all the time and have never had a bad experience. Well, now I have. HORRIBLE AND FRAUDULANT! SHAME ON THEM!!!

Save your money

I purchased magnetic sticks and balls which were in the ad that I saw on Instagram but what I got was 25% the size of what was advertised. No refund only an offer of 20% credit to shop more on their site. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? This is called FRAUD in my country. I spent hours on the computer trying to lodge a complaint with Instagram about my dilemma and this was as futile as getting any refund from the vender. If you expect to get what you paid for forget it. How do you spell karma? Corona-Virus.

Appalling communication and underhand tricks

My 9 year old somehow managed to get onto this site and bought something without my permission. Literally 2 minutes later I emailed them explaining the issue and giving them the order number and requested it to be cancelled. They sent an automatic reply saying it would be seen to. Several days later I realised I hadn’t heard, so i wrote again, and received a similar reply. A week later I got an email saying my order had just been dispatched !! Checking their returns policy they state they cannot refund something when once its been sent ! I couldn’t have been clearer about cancelling my order before it was sent ! You should steer clear of this site, they want your money and dont reply/respond to customer communications. Crooks.
