i had a fantastic experience training with an instructor from this company. Eddie was a great instructor who made me feel comfortable and confident with driving a bus and he taught me not just how to pass a test, but he taught me how to be a professional driver. he took me in as family and showers great passion for his job and i cant thank him enough for the life lessons he has taught me. knowing i am only 18 years old he catered to my lack of experience and helped me greatly, thanks eddie!

Andy taught me how to drive a bus. I wasn’t being taught well by my previous instructor, I was making so many mistakes, hitting curbs, no lane control, too slow. Lucky for me Andy came along and took over our team. One day of being with Andy all these mistakes were corrected. He doesn’t shout, he teaches in a very calm manner, makes you feel at ease. I couldn’t believe that it took only 24h. Andy showed me all the techniques, how to avoid hitting curbs, how to stay within your lane, how to pick up speed when necessary, how to not be overly cautious, how indicate and not forgetting to turn off my indicators, how to do roundabouts, how to use overhangs and so much more. And when you do well, he rewards you by buying Lunches and drinks, and always has sweets for us, 🥰best guy ever. Without Andy I wouldn’t have passed at all. Best instructor that any student should have. He changed my life. Because of how he taught me, I passed my practical. Thank you Andy. 😘

Jermaine was an outstanding instructor, adapted to my needs, had good conversations and overall provided with a good time whilst I was in training, I didn’t want training to end!!!

From my first drive until my test day Jermaine highlighted what I needed to learn by telling me, explaining to me and even showing me how to complete manoeuvres etc helping me lead to a first time pass with minimal minors!!!

Not only that but the other instructors are also very friendly and lovely to have a chat with.

Overall, I’m very happy with HGVC and would definitely recommend.

The instructor Kim Brown is so lovely he helped me so much throughout the whole journey until I passed. I appreciate it so much thank you.

I was trained by Dean, passed my test and got my license within 3 weeks and to such a high standard of only 1 minor.

Great trainer and it shows!☺️

Awesome experience very practical training and allow you good amount of time to get things right.

Very helpful throughout my driving experience, always git a quick response when asked any questions. Would like more options for training schools in more areas.

Wanted to acknowledge and say a big thank you for my recent experiences with a HGVC instructor, who was fantastic and instrumental in helping me pass my PCV practical driving test, he was so calm and extremely knowledgable so a big thank you to Mert! I really appreciated all your efforts!

It was a very hard 4 weeks for me, I would like to thanks this company the opportunity, also and specially thanks to Dean and Paul to be patient and set me up on this. Now I am ready to boarding on this journey with Go NorthWest.

Even if I had failed my PCV test, I would still write the same review, why, because it would have been my own fault.

Tony Leach my extremely competent and ‘down to earth’ instructor demonstrated, taught and encouraged the most effective approach to driving a passenger carrying vehicle. Tony’s taught the art of driving a long vehicle, lending consideration to multiple road hazards while at the same time providing customers with a most pleasant and comfortable experience in their travels.

Although Tony tell you as it is, his stringent and very serious approach to safe driving is interspersed with humour and and empathy. I felt very comfortable under his tutorage.

In my humble opinion, effective teaching always correlate with the ability to communicate well, I can honestly say that the HGVC instructor Tony Leach has it.

HGVC instructors are first class. My instructor (Mert) was brilliant. He was very patient, understanding and concise with me. He built up my confidence, and went through thick and thin out of his own time to make me the best bus driver possible. Couldn’t have asked for more from him. I’d recommend HGVC and HGVC only! They won’t disappoint you.

Great driving instructor (Paul Greenhalgh), built my confidence back up with bus driving and got me through my test in a week.
