We had an excellent experience with Hennah Haywood Law during our remortgage. From start to finish, Rachel James, Letisha Kapende, Jess Prothero & Alice Haddleton were informative, professional and very efficient.

From the start of the case, we were notified & updated about all the requirements, documentation, and finance details including outcomes via email, telephone and the online portal.
The online portal is an amazing tool which is set in a systematic order and updated accordingly as the case progresses. Read the relevant information and details on documents for the requirements for your specific case. Upload, sign and complete necessary documentaion for all parties involved. The portal made life so easy as we could access it any time.

We instructed HH law to undertake conveyancing on the recommendation of the sellers agents, No 1. The service throughout was woeful. Poor communication, lack of transparency, clearly issues with clients querying their work. The issues we experienced are too many to list. We have complained and not surprisingly it's not their fault. Suffice to say we are in the process of involving the ombudsman. Do yourself a favour and steer clear.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I will NEVER use HH Law again. Major errors made in the conveyancing process, costly delays and lack of accountability when mistakes were made.
