Just had new windows and doors replaced. Stephen the fitter was great. His work is first class. Very clean and tidy no mess left anywhere. He cleans up as he goes along which was great. I would definitely recommend him to friends. Overall I am happy with my new windows and doors.

Bathroom designed around us and fitted ahead of promised date. All work carried out by friendly professionals who were tidy and a pleasure to have in our home. Really enjoying the whole experience.

Great service from start to finish. Gareth helped us with selecting our new bathroom, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Stayed in contact with us throughout. Nothing was to much trouble. Installation went smoothly started on time and completed on time. I would highly recommend this company.

My new windows have just been installed and I am delighted with the HHI service from start to finish.
As soon as I expressed an interest an appointment was arranged and within a matter of days Alan (salesman) was talking me through all my options, designs and colours. He was also more than willing to come back and talk me through it all again when I changed my mind on a few things. Windows were installed a few weeks ahead of schedule and that Donna made that appointment so easy.
As for Stephen (the fitter) I cannot recommend him enough. He did a fantastic job, so neat and tidy, hardly any disruption and worked constantly.

HHI done my bathroom just over a year ago. They fitted me a shower tray which was flawed in several places, I have contacted them around 10 times sent photos and they have yet to do anything about it. It’s just over a year now and the coating on my black taps is flaking away I have black bits all over my sink. I’m getting my kitchen done and won’t be going near this crowd again after care is pathetic.

We ordered a new composite door and side panels from Darren @HHI Newtownabbey. The fitting has just been completed by Mark. His attention to detail and quality of workmanship was excellent. Fantastic job and great advice during the process from Darren. Highly recommended and many thanks to both of you guys…

Had a guy from HHi company come to fit my new windows and door and this guy Stephen was a true gem , very efficient and his work was truly amazing he fitted the whole house and front door with skilled workmanship, never complained once nor took a tea break , Stephen is a gentleman and I just wanted to thank him for all his hard work and how clean his was throughout my house cleaning up after himself , he is a credit to this company from mr&mrs Simpson .

My son and daughter in law recently purchased a bathroom suite from HHI. When we arrived we were greeted by the most lovely sales lady Nicole Baxter who guided us with her fabulous knowledge. Nicole's customer service was first class and is such an asset to the company she works for. Thank you Nicole for making it such a wonderful experience for us,

I have no issues at all with the guys who actually carried out a total refurb on our bathroom, they would be 5 stars every time. They were very professional and did a great job in particular Lindsay who worked long hours to ensure that the refurb was done within the allocated time. My issue is with the admin side of the company. We booked our refurb at the beginning of March and were told that it would be completed in July
In June we had decided on a minor change to our refurb. At this point we were again informed that we were still on course for a July fitting. At the end of July there had been no contact and no sign of any work being carried out. Again we went into the store to get an update, there was never any communication from HHI any time we wanted to know something we had to drive to the store. At the store no one could give us a date for work to start or even have someone to come out to do a survey. I tried to get them to give me a number of someone I could contact. I was told that they would try and find out for us and get back to us. The next day I received a called saying that it would be December before we would get the refurb work done.
After a couple of days chasing around trying to find out why the delay the manager of the store eventually got us a survey visit and then we got a date in September. This was still 2 months after originally agree date but at least it was better than December. I think my biggest gripe is not the delay but the total lack of communication and
Telling us right up until the agreed date that we were still on course for that date. I will finish on a positive the guys did a really great job.

On Friday Stephen Hamilton fitted my new front door and side panels and back door supplied by HHI.
I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of the workmanship, attention to detail and professionalism.
The final result was perfection and I am completely delighted with both doors. If I was having my windows replaced I would ask for Stephen as I would have complete confidence in his work.
My overall experience with HHi and Stephen has been excellent and I would highly recommend both.

Cannot praise our fitter Stephen enough 👌 a first class service inside and out when fitting our windows. We would highly recommend hhi service throughout our experience of fitting new windows throughout the house. A further estimate for sunroom is inbound 👍👌

Last year we refurbished our main bathroom with HHI and then decided this year to upgrade our en-suite, with a new bathroom suite and UPVC wall panels. After the bill was paid the radiator had a leak and we contacted HHI who replaced the radiator in 1 week. Unfortunately that radiator too had the same problem and when HHI were told they contacted the supplier and it turned out it was a faulty batch of radiators. HHI again replaced the radiator and wall panel with a new radiator and wall panel. I would definitely recommend using HHI as the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble and the workmanship is excellent.

I can highly recomend HHI, from sales Alan , Abbi Administrator to Tomasz and his son who fitted the windiws sills,amazing an artist 1st class workmanship. The window sills are a great quality product. I'm really pleased with the finished job.

Purchased new windows from HHI Castlereagh road office/ showroom. From start to finish an excellent service, all the staff were very helpful and professional. Big shout out to Stephen,he installed all windows doors and the porch by himself. Very tidy cleaned up after work was completed each day, and left no trace that he'd been, apart from the new windows 👍

We recently got a new kitchen fitted by HHI Montgomery Rd Belfast. From start to finish it was an excellent experience . HHI managed everything from design to the removal of our old kitchen and replacing it with what we chosen. Gavins redesigning has given us a much better layout & it was very sound advice. We were provided with a schedule of how long the work would take & dates for each stage. The work went according to the plan and each of the tradesmen that were at our home were friendly & very professional. A brilliant experience from start to finish & we are so pleased with our new kitchen. Would definitely recommend this company & have already done so verbally to friends & family.

I am delighted with my new kitchen and would highly recommend HHI. From the design, to installation, to aftercare the service could not have been better. Thanks especially to Liam, Alannah and Tracy who all went above and beyond throughout the process. The surveyor, fitters, electrician, plasterers and plumber were excellent with a high level of skill and service. Everything was completed within my allocated week, a smooth, stress free process. I could not be happier. Thank you to everyone at HHI.

I have been dealing with HHI Castlereagh branch for a while now. The last big project was refurbishing a really tired and dated ensuite. The staff are amazing, the workmen efficient and trustworthy. I cannot stress how great this company is to deal with. Highly recommended.

Just had kitchen windows and door replaced. Absolutely delighted with the job which was done much earlier than anticipated. Extremely efficient service. Stephen, the fitter was so meticulous about everything and the place was left in such a clean way that we had very little to do. He was very fussy and professional about all aspects of his job. He obviously takes a pride in his workmanship which is superb. Couldn’t recommend this fitter or the service supplied by HHI highly enough. Sincere thanks.
