Had a complete new bathroom fitted by these guys...excellent service from start to finish.

From going in to choose bathroom knowledge of what i wanted and making it so simple by explaining everything.

Guys who fitted were excellent very professional clean tidy and helpful workmanship excellent!

Edit following reply: my text to the surveyor with "another reason" for cancellation noted that people known to me had work carried out and could not recommend HHI due to errors and delays. I'm unsure what point you tried to make there, other than insinuating the job was cancelled for some unrelated issue.

The missed appointment did in fact result in cancelling the job, and as we seem to be playing this game, your surveyor reply included;

"This went clean out of my head. I even booked today off to get organised for leaving tomorrow."

T&C's state cancellation within 7 days for a full refund. Yet surveyors and contractors cannot attend for months?

You leave very little scope for a client make informed decisions and receive a refund of hundreds, if not thousands of pounds for any number of genuine reasons, despite HHI potentially having done nothing more than an initial consultation.

I do not appreciate my time and leave from work being utterly wasted, and certainly do not appreciate your, in my opinion, underhand response to this review.

Cannot recommend, at least not Bangor.
Waited 3 months for a surveyor to come out, which is before even getting an actual start date.

Surveyor arranged the appointment directly with me for 13th August, then forgot to turn up. I gave them 2 hours after the appointment time before contacting, turned out preparing for their flight the next day was more important it seemed.

Contract cancelled that day and granted, a full refund was provided within a couple of days. Can't fault that and really was the only positive from the experience. Colin Patterson was excellent in dealing with the refund and others should learn proper customer service skills from him. The sales team member I did deal with initially and assumed would be my point of contact made no attempt.

I contacted an alternative contractor based in Bangor on the 10th of September.
Work started 20th October and has just completed today, 22nd October.

The standard of work is outstanding. The guys doing the work were fantastic.

They have been more efficient, were more competitively priced than HHI, take a much smaller percentage as a deposit, plus carried out additional work such putting up a mirror and installing spotlights at no extra cost.

They also provided a costed schedule of works, HHI don't.

Will never recommend HHI Bangor to anyone. A complete and total waste of time and leave from work.
Better pricing, more efficient and ultimately better customer service can be found elsewhere.

We had reason to replace our Upvc back door and contacted HHI Castlereagh,as we have used them previously for work around our house.From that initial contact to installation the whole process was seamless with all appointments and timescales met. On the day of installation we hardly knew the Fitter, Stephen Hamilton, was there. he was very neat, tidy and professional,We were very happy with the process from start to finish.

The amenities and facilities mentioned on your website were not provided/available during my stay. Specifically:

This was very disappointing, as these facilities were a key reason for choosing this property. The inaccurate listing caused inconvenience and did not meet the expectations set by the information on your platform.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and arrange an appropriate resolution—either a partial refund, compensation, or necessary corrective action to ensure other travelers do not face similar issues.

have recently had a new kitchen installed by HHI, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From my first meeting with Gavin, I felt at ease. He listened to what I was looking for in a kitchen, my issues and concerns, and he advised me in a professional, and timely manner. I was very happy with what Gavin designed and created for me. The office kept me informed every step of the way, and I can honestly say, every tradesman who entered my home, was friendly, polite, efficient and respected my property. Lee had my old kitchen ripped out in a matter of hours, Ryan had it plastered, and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Victor did a super job of my new floor, which is unique to HHI, and is stunning. Andy the kitchen fitter actually managed to fit it all in one day, and again cleaned up really well. Robert the electrician, and Aaron the plumber were fantastic, and actually finished my kitchen ahead of schedule, and were so helpful towards me. Robert replaced an extra socket at the last minute, and Aaron took the time to show me how all my new appliances worked. HHI have a fantastic team, and they made my experience, efficient, smooth and friendly. I am absolutely delighted with my new kitchen, and the service I received.

Thank you to every member of staff in HHI. They are totally extremely professional. We have had kitchen, guttering, facias and window sills installed. All work completed on time and without stress. After-sales service brilliant, we reported fault in kitchen flooring and within two weeks it was replaced. HHI certainly deserve 5stars

Our kitchen had been installed 2 years when we noticed a few tiny marks on the floor, HHI had a look and within 2 weeks they stripped the old floor and laid a new one.
We also used HHI for new guttering and cladding as well as new window sills. On every occasion the workmanship and follow up is nothing short of fantastic.

My husband and I called into HHI Newtownabbey for a look around, without an appointment and with a few rough measurements of our bathroom. We were lucky to get chatting with Alice that evening. From our few rough measurements she easily drew up our dream bathroom. Alice was able to put things in and take things out all to suit our preference and budget. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Her ideas and knowledge was endless. She drew up our plans and quote that evening. We were happy with everything and signed the contract. We knew the work would not start for another few months but in-between they kept in touch. Our bathroom was started and from the complete clear out to the complete new bathroom was quick, clean, tidy, professional and reliable. The plumber Stefan was fantastic and made his job look so easy. Bart the fitter/joiner has done an amazing job on our bathroom. He is a complete perfectionist and carried out the work as if it was for his own. He did come across a hairline crack on the new bath and a new bath was sent the next day with no hassle. Pete the electrician, was super quick and tidy, I barley knew he was there . David the manager was in a few times checking things and did a little fix on a drip. Again absolutely no hassle.
All in all, we had a wonderful experience with HHI Newtownabbey. Alice is a credit to the company and all the trades men sent to our home were amazing. Could not fault them at all. So friendly, trustworthy and good crack.
Thanks again, we will enjoy our new bathroom for many many years.

I've had my bathroom refurbished by them last year and the kitchen a few weeks ago. The best words to describe HHI would be reliable, honest and punctual. They have also
always stuck with the quoted fees and the work was done as planned. Also they all cleaned up after the work was done. Apart from all that, each and every HHI person or trades person working for them has been friendly and easy to talk to.
Honestly, I've dealt with other trades people in Belfast and to me HHI are clearly the best option for refurb projects. I'll come back for sure :)

From the planning stage to completion and beyond of turning my bathroom into a wet room, I was dealt with in a pleasant and professional way by Nicole Baxter at HHI Newtownabbey. Nothing was ever a hassle or problem to her, or if it was, I never heard about it. First class job by first class staff and workmen.

From my first visit to the showroom to the final day of my installation, the HHI team excelled in delivering excellent customer service! The range and style of products is superb, but what really makes the difference is the HHI team. Emily, Joanne, Peter,Garry and Gavin provided great advice and transformed my shower room far beyond my expectations. I hadn’t realised that a relatively small space could be so stylish yet practical. I’m now planning to refurbish my bathroom and I will certainly go to HHI. Highly recommended!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Service from HHI!

I’ve used HHI before for my soffits and fascia, and their work was second to none, so it was a no-brainer to go back to them again. This time, I had all the windows in my house replaced (6 in total), and once again, I was blown away by the quality and professionalism of the team.

Mark and his colleague were incredibly efficient, completing the entire job in just one day (from 8am -6pm) which was seriously impressive! Not only was the installation flawless, but they also left the place spotless, both inside and out.

What really stood out to me was the care they took when fitting the windows, there was no damage at all to the surrounding walls or tiles, which I was especially grateful for. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right is exactly why I’ll continue to recommend HHI to all my family, friends, and neighbours.

We did a diy project with the ultra cladding so easy to work with we are no diy experts but these panels made the job so easy can i give a massive shout to your staff in lisburn they were fantastic from phone call from myself to collection

Just had my bathroom completed yesterday, delighted with the result. All tradesmen were excellent, a big thanks to John the electrician, Brodie the panel fitter and Matt the plumber. Job was completed in 5 working days.
I would highly recommend using HHI for bathroom refit. Everything supplied is of a high quality. Finally a big thank you to Michael in the Lisburn showroom for all his advice and design of our new bathroom. Michael is a world of knowledge and was a great help in selection of panels, flooring and layout. I would advise ringing in advance to book appointment.

Just like to thank the entire HHI team for all their help during our recent house refurbishment. We used them for Bathroom, Kitchen and exterior Windows & Doors.
For the Bathroom Nicole & Joanne were a great help with suggestions and final design and Gavin for the professional fitting.
The Windows & Doors were sorted by Darren who done the survey and Phil who done all the fitting.
The Kitchen was designed by Stephen and Joanne and fitted by Brodie & Vic.
There were a few snags along the way but dealt with quickly and without any fuss all under the watchful eye of Gary.
I have no hesitation in recommending HHI for any home improvement work you may require.

When I was picking my bathroom suite all the salesmen and reception staff were so helpful. Any questions they were able to answer and give the best advice. Didn’t feel like a customer these people treated you more as a friend. And after sales they were all good and definitely would recommend them. Gareth one of the sales men was brilliant give good information and put me through to the right people. Joanne did the design and working very close to get everything I wanted in place. The fitters and spark was brilliant took care off your property and all floors well covered. I am really pleased with everything they have done. And with the understanding and patience the turned my bathroom into something you can dream of. Would also like to thank Donna for all her help right through to the end. HHI have amazing thoughts and hope others will see this for themselves.
