I can’t speak highly enough of my experience from HHI in getting a completely new utility room and new ceiling, recessed lighting, hew hob, extractor fan and sink in the existing kitchen. From walking through the door and being greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist, to the kitchen designer, architect, joiner, plasterer, electrician, kitchen installers and plumber the whole process of the project was professionally and skilfully carried out. Everyone arrived on time, there were no delays and the work completed on time. Completely stress free ! The men who carried out the work were very respectful of the property and always kept me informed of what they were doing . Needless to say I am delighted with the new utility and all the work in the kitchen and the standard of finish is excellent. I would have no hesitation in using HHI again or recommending them . A job extremely well done from start to finish !

We visited the HHI ‘Trade Counter’ in Bangor, Co Down last week and the customer service we received from the 2 fellas was excellent. They were extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Gave us great advice about the products and even suggested how we could improve the installation. Absolutely fantastic - 5 Star Service - Highly recommended!

Absolutely horrible - aftercare non existent

Had new guttering fitted by HHI last year and it didn’t even manage to get through the winter without bowing, breaking and leaking!

Called and asked for them to come out and fix, asked to be notified so I could be in at the time.

They called out at 8am climbed a ladder and were gone again in 5 minutes only way I knew they were there was the doorbell!

Nothing was fixed so had to phone again.

Was told I would definitely be contacted to arrange a time and date so I could be in and let them round back as it is streaming with water front and back!

Yet again they call out during the day while I’m in work, stood around for a few minutes got in the van and drove off.

Called office almost in disbelief and they then again said I would be called to arrange a date and time. This was weeks ago and still no phone call.

Absolutely sick of trying to get this fixed so have asked another company to come and repair.

Please please please think again before using this company.

Having had HHI Castlereagh design and carry out a complete bathroom refurbishment last year,instal triple glazed windows,sliding patio doors and new composite front door I had no hesitation contracting them to design and instal a new kitchen which has just been completed. The transformation is amazing and went without a hitch due to the superb workforce of professional tradesmen employed by HHI. Cannot thank Gavin,David and Donna of Castlereagh branch who always go above and beyond to assist.

I had a new bathroom fitted over 2 years ago and recently noticed a small leak from the toilet cistern. I knew my bathroom was out of warranty but phoned HHI Castlereagh for advice. Within a few days Donna arranged a plumber who came and fixed the problem free of charge****. Fantastic customer service and helping out quickly really proves HHI's integrity.

I have just had my bathroom transformed by the staff of HHI. Being honest, I was dreading the whole upheaval of it, but, from the beginning, the staff made it as straightforward as possible. This is a very professional outfit, and what sticks out is the communication between all of the team, as work progresses, not only between each other ,but with me also. Everyone, from Gareth, the very helpful and honest salesman at Castlereagh,Matt (plumber),Gerard ( plasterer),Peter ( electrician) and the Master craftsman that is Stephen ( Joiner and fitter); all went out of their way to make it hassle free for me. The finished job is superb.

We commissioned HHI to be our providers of a new kitchen and utility room re-design and fit after visiting a number of other providers. We were met by James Kane - Kitchen Designer whose Professional Architectural background really came to the fore and he supported us with redesigning our kitchen to make it really work for us in terms of smart storage and sleek modern design. James was so very patient with us as we had numerous questions and alterations we wanted to make. Colin the surveyor came to help make the design a workable reality and his input was invaluable as we made some tweeks to allow James design to really come to life. The part of the process I was most anxious about was the 2 week ripping out and refitting stage as we have a busy household of 6 family members plus a dog! Top tip - get a table top hob and small fridge and you will manage fine! My fears and worries were unfounded because of the excellent team of tradesmen HHI deployed to complete the work - each one of them were reliable and worked so hard to get the job done - Mark who removed the kitchen and made that looks so easy! also fitted our floor, Robert and Barry the Electrician and Plumber, Gerdy and his Plasterer Gang and Stuart the kitchen fitter were all so pleasant to have in our home - worked so very diligently. Sophie in the office helped us with a few little issues that arose along the way - which given the amount of work we were doing was bound to happen but every issue was resolved with no quibble thanks to the wonderful customer service approach by site manager David. I have very high standards and I am hard to impress and rarely write reviews as a result but I had to go on the record to say thank you and express how impressed I am and how we love our Kitchen and Utility which has totally transformed our home. I have no hesitation in recommending HHI and have already provided personal recommendations to friends. Thank you so very much to you all!

We had a small bathroom renovated into a wet room.
HHI were very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process.
We are very pleased with the result and we would definitely use them again.

After having an amazing kitchen renovation carried out by HHI in March last year we did not hesitate to return to them when we decided on a new bathroom. We went to HHI Bangor were Emily in sales was friendly, helpful & very experienced in bathroom sales. After great guidance & advice from Emily our new bathroom was designed with installation taking place in May. Once again the HHI tradesmen were terrific. They were very clean, tidy & their work is completed to the highest standard. We received another first class service from HHI & we would not hesitate to return again in the future & we would highly recommend! Thank you!

We got a complete new bathroom from HHI Castlreagh.
Gareth helped me with all the questions I had about showers, flooring , wall panel etc He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
They have a great team of plumbers, electricians, fitters that done a fantastic job. I could not fault them in any way. They were very efficient, tidy and I absolutely love my new bathroom.

Evey Contractor was top quality and took pride in there work. Not only was the job finished to a high degree, they kept the work area clean with minimal effect on the rest of the house.

I would like to pay particular attention to the quality of the Plastering and how professional the Plasterer was, he completely transformed the walls and fixed particular bug bears I hand around the kitchen doors.

We recently engaged HHI to replace our showers and install tiling in both our bathroom and ensuite. Despite a waiting list, the communication throughout the process was impeccable. The work was executed swiftly and meticulously, with excellent results. The team’s responsiveness in addressing any concerns left us thoroughly satisfied with their customer service. Special kudos to Donna and Nigel for their exceptional assistance.

All very efficient and organised.Staff excellent as were tradespeople.

Absolutely horrible customer service. throughout the whole process, VERY poor communication skills. The Sales person was ALWAYS off everytime with no one else to tell me what was going on throughout the whole time of the job. Was told at the beginning my job will be done in March and it ONLY just got completed end of April, beginning of May. Manager from the Branch was very rude too, alongside with sub contractors gossiping about me whilst I was literally next door in my own house. I highly don't recommend this company and will NOT be giving my business to them again

The staff at HHI were excellent right from the outset with top class Gareth at Castlereagh right through to job completion by Dermot , Stephen , Jimmy & Andrew. Standard of customer service and workmanship was excellent .

From entering HHI we met Jen who was very knowledgeable and patient whilst we decided what we wanted our new kitchen to look like . If we needed to ask anything concerning kitchen Jen was always willing and quick with answers.We were blown away with the workmanship when finished. We would highly recommend HHI, Jen ,David and all the tradesmen involved in giving us our beautiful new kitchen . In fact HHI are coming to do our new bathroom in a couple of weeks .

Absolutley super job, top quality materials and super tradesmen. All done in 5 days with no mess. Couldn't recommend more highly.

With regard to a recent disparaging comment I recently submitted, I would like to tone it down a little due to further contact from HHI, today I received a call from them assuring me that they will send someone down to me regarding the cause of the leak from the bathroom pipe system, I was inspired as to the tone from the caller which was casual and informative, so they are trying to secure the reason for the leak, so I will wait until an outcome is secured

We had a totally new ensuite designed and fitted including new flooring, wall panels and ceiling. Michael who helped us pick a great design is very friendly and knowledgeable. All the fitters did a great job friendly and tidy workers. Prices are competitive and the choice they have at the showroom in Lisburn is great.
