Great service from Hidden Hearing. Everything was very well explained during the hearing tests and the introduction to my first hearing aids.

An appointment for microsuction to remove ear wax was followed the next day with a hearing test. Both times the Hidden Hearing staff were very helpful and informative. The receptionist managed to get me booked in at short notice and times which suited me. A follow up hearing test appointment was made just after the end of the second visit.

Carol Anne made me feel very comfortable and relaxed when I went for my annual hearing test.
We chatted comfortably and she remembered about my grandson’s recent move to his new flat.
The whole experience was very refreshing and rewarding as my hearing is much the same, so no problem at all.

Donna, nice friendly lady gave me a hearing test and updated my aids on her laptop, recommended i update my aids but unfortunately I am unable at present to do so.thank you

I was made to feel comfortable. I felt that I had the full attention of those attending to me. I was given a clear understanding at every stage of the process. It was a very thorough examination of my hearing. I did not feel under any pressure to buy at any time.

From start to finish the experience was great! I was nervous Initially, but my nerves were settled very quickly by a very friendly receptionist (think she was called Heather) who passed me over to a very friendly and attentive audiologists (Marie Anne, if my memory serves me right?!)
It was my first hearing test in a VERY long time, and it went swimmingly-if you are in any dough I’d say, don’t hesitate in booking with this crowd, they are excellent, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly.
