Excellent customer service offered by all the team at the Doncaster branch and especially Mandy. Highly recommended.

My recent experience at Hidden Hearing was exactly what wanted, I had a thorough hearing test and my prescription was adjusted accordingly to allow me to hear more clearly.
I trust Hidden Hearing to look after my hearing needs in the future.

Really good and very experienced

I was made to feel welcome from the minute the door was opened. Kathryn and a young gentleman were very friendly and enquired as to whether I would like a drink. I was well looked after by all.
The premises were light, spotlessly clean, and tidy, and quite modern in appearance.
I would definitely recommend to others.

The reception I received was excellent from both the Doncaster branch and also Mandy Taylor certainly put me at my ease .

Great service, my mums hearing aid wasn't 100% so they sent them for repairs, they gave her some temporary ones the next day, couldn't fault the quick turn around

Absolutly brillant..never been before to any testing.. with the brilliance, ,attitude , caring ,and very knowledgeable, Quality.of Waleed Rizwan..awsome service... And Excellent recepetionist friendliness and joviality good time had by all especially the wife.. her face lit up after finding out the differance her hearing world had compleatly changed for the better.. ..married for 47 years and i have finally stopped shouting at her....lol.. Called in to the Doncaster Branch today with an issue. Kathryn on reception listened to my issue, reassured me, and offered me a seat and a hot drink. The audiologist Wclead ( not sure thats the right spelling, do excuse it) , dealt with my problem, kindly and efficiently. What a lovely team, friendly, professional abd they get the job done.
