David was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable making for a very pleasant experience

Very friendly people. The shop very light and airy. Unfortunately they were not able to do anything for me as my hearing was too bad but it was still a very good experience.

Very pleasant experience, appointment took around 30 minutes, everything explained fully for what was about to happen and what you had to do.

So kind and patient. Completely unblocked my ears. Thank you.

Excellent customer service but higher prices

I was given excellent and helpful support from my audiologist who really seemed to care and took time to help me understand my hearing loss. I valued this so much!
Unfortunately, I was then quoted £6500 for Oticon Zeals and aftercare... Which - and it really saddens me to say this - I then managed to find elsewhere for less than half than price.
I think Hidden Hearing are letting their staff down by not adopting more competitive pricing strategies. I would absolutely have gone ahead with HH if the Zeals had been £3500 or thereabouts because of the quality of care... But £6500? It's simply too much (especially when retail on Zeals is around £2000 when they are purchased in bulk orders of 24)

Lady plenty of patience when I wasn't understanding the difference between my old hearing aids and my new ones.
So yes she deserves ves 5 stars..

David is as always polite, efficient and friendly. My hearing test experience is always very pleasant and informative and I now can adjust the sound levels of each hearing aid on my phone for the first time....excellent!

Painless, doesn’t take long and if a second visit is required, no extra cost. Therese is experienced and confident with a good sense of humour. She is good at explaining each step before and during the procedure.

Good service, substantial set of hearing tests conducted resulting in the need for hearing aids, good advice given.
More expensive than I’d thought and they have a life of around 5 years before replacement needed. I now need to make a decision.
