I had a free hearing check with this company this week.
What smashing people they were too. Very professional with a very comfortable environment that came with it.
When I left after my exam , I felt as if I had known these lovely people for ages!
I would definitely urge anyone to visit HIDDEN HEARING .

Really friendly and professional staff, I had an issue with my hearing aids, they needed re tuning to suit my needs. This was done and more, plus tests and information about my hearing loss, will definitely return when I need my current aids replacing.

Consistently good after sales service, specifically with hearing tests. Staff great and helpful

Mike Van Den Berg, was knowledgeable and most importantly caring and sincere with regards to the emotional effect, caused by my recent hearing damage due to a stroke. His attitude is both professional and understanding. He took the time to ensure that I understood fully, all the points regarding their usage, with patience and kindness ..He made it a positive and pleasant experience. He is a credit to the company, and I would highly recommend him! . And It's great to be able to hear again!!

Went to the dream team, Liam and Mary for my annual hearing test. Efficient, professional, timely and overall pleasant experience. I always feel I am in the hands of someone with great knowledge, any questions I have are always answered fully and clearly. Very happy.

I attended a hearing test at Hidden Hearing on Tuesday 3rd February 2026. The test was very thorough and showed that my hearing had deteriorated since I was last tested there 6 years ago!
The audiologist discussed the possibilities with me and I tried a hearing aid that sat behind my ear. Although I have a hearing aid, which I purchased through another company, I am seriously considering taking up the 60 day trial of a new set of hearing aids following this appointment.

On arrival at the Hove clinic you get a lovely welcome from the receptionist and if early for your appointment a cup of coffee is offered. The audiologist welcomes you and explains the process, then he took pictures inside my ears and showed them on a screen and explains what's happening. The hearing test was nice and simple "Not the big earphones 🎧 like in the 70s and 80s" but little buds and a head band for the different sound's. When the sound test was finished he then explained showing the graph the condition of my hearing and told me I needed hearing aids. Overall a it was a 10/10 experience for friendliness and knowledge.

Really patient with my mum. Went over everything thoroughly and slowly. Friendly guy, sorry I can't remember the name! Mum decided against getting new hearing aids but I will definitely recommend and use down the line if ever needed. Also not pushy at all afterwards when I said she had changed her mind.

I had a great experience with Liam at the hove clinic. Unfortunately my results were not what I wanted to hear as they are a little more complex, but Liam was so compassionate and really took the time to ensure I understood my options and what the next steps should be. Thankyou Liam!

Flexibility - altered my appointment time to my convenience as I was in the area and would have meant me hanging around Mary is very good Great asset !!

Very good and helpful as usual. Removed wax from ears can hear much better now

Today I seen hearing Aid Dispenser, Liam what a very
rare caring person, approachable, respectable curtesy all in a professional but very friendly manner.
Liam spent one hour checking my trouble ear, tests explained all in details. Advices offers, etc,
Receptionist , so king offered me a hot drink very friendly, feel safe and trustworthy.

I will recommend to anyone to visit Hidden Hearing
Centre without any second thoughts.
