Poor customer service.
I requested a return 7 days after purchase after realizing I had ordered the wrong edition. The box was unopened.
Hifisound refused the return based on a technicality: the purchase was made through my company, and their fine print excludes business purchases from returns. While this may be legally correct, it shows little interest in customer goodwill or long-term relationships.
I recommend choosing other suppliers with far better customer service.
