Bought a nissan juke only to find out a year later no spare or tyre changing kit when I got a puncture everything was removed from the car and thay probably didn't check or car nearly 10.000 car also tried to fix crack in windscreen and failed last car I buy from their check everything also previouse car a BMW went into limp mode after 7 days of owning it took it back thay said that couldn't find anything wrong with it after them having it two weeks it went into limp mode
I have brought a car from these for 1100 quid including a years MOT just to find out a couple of weeks later I checked the cambelt on the fiat and it's close to snapping make sure when you buy a car from these you check the car over I paid way over the odds for this... I now have to pay another 300 pound to have another cambelt and water pump fitted.. I've only done 100 miles in the thing.
Purchased car from Shaun at Higham garage to use as a driving school car. Sale went smoothly. Some defects were found AFTER sale. Shaun seemed genuinely concerned and was even chasing me to get it fixed and make me happy. Defects were not apparent at service they done or my initial inspection, so it wasn’t their fault but they trusted me (the customer) and were more than happy to make things right. Could of happened to any car and any customer at any garage. But they looked after me throughout the process. This is what you need from a car salesman. Trust and eagerness to make a happy customer.
