Failed to replace a product under…

Failed to replace a product under warranty, I bought a new one anyway and they selected a different shipping method than what I paid for, despite paying a higher fee for shipping.

When I contacted them that my package was not delivered to my door, they told me there was nothing that they could do

SCAM - NEVER SHIPPED

As with other reviewers I never received my order after getting weeks of run around from their email support. They blamed USPS for weeks with a slew of excuses and lies but never actually shipped the item. Then they offered a refund but never gave me one. Then they stopped responding to me all together. I am having to get my bank to do a chargeback to get my money back. I would stay far away from this company.

No problems, Good Experience over 2 orders!

I have placed 2 orders with High Five Vape both orders were perfect. I received the proper tracking info for both orders and they arrived on time and as expected.

The products the E-nail, and DUO have been great. I still used them up to this day. The glassware is excellent as well. I planed to order a few more things when I came across the negative reviews on Trustpilot and felt the need to share my experience.

Horrible company

Horrible company. Sends defect products. Horrible Customer Service. Rip off and scam you. Defibetly not worth the money. I'm very upset I lost so much money. I have tics and really need the vaporizer to not have self harm tics. I end up burning myself and they know this. I spent $750 in total to receive nothing that works. Customer Service does not care that I am disabled and need their product for safety. They don't care if your poor and have no money. We have done everything to try and get refunds or new products. They do not care about their customers. I think they are going out of business. So don't bother buying their warranties won't be valid. There warranties are a waste as they never help you anyways. They try to blame us about the package when we have the label showing we shipped it to them. They are disorganized and customer support has promised to help yet strings you along. Worst company I've dealt with in years. They are scammy and a rip off. I won't remove this until we get fair compensation back. Say no to High Five Duo or Enails. THE DUO SUCKS! All their products are subpar quality.

Horrible business

Like others have stated, this is the worst type of company. The first time I ordered through them I had issues. At first they said the package was shipped when it wasn't, after two weeks they had to manually push my order out of the warehouse. The most recent time I ordered was on 4/18/2024. As of writing this review it is 05/03/2024 15 days later and my item still has not shipped. I've sent multiple emails and messages to their online website with zero responses. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and I can firmly say I will never again support this company.

They immediately took my money and…

They immediately took my money and never ever sent anything and now it has been over two months and on their own website on my order page it still says that my order is "getting ready" even though they said that they would refund me over two weeks ago. They never followed through with any of their "customer service" responses and promises and they really are just the worst kind of dropshipper company that can possibly exist. I don't even understand how they are legally allowed to continue to be open and take people's money after this much fraudulent behavior.

Have placed 2 orders wtih this company…

Have placed 2 orders wtih this company over the last 5 years. Neither order was without its own issues. The first one was substantially less issues than the most recent. I had ordered a bundle from them and was tracking it. At some point, it got lost, and was no longer moving through USPS, the tracking wasn't updating, so I contacted support. I was told repeatedly for a week or so to give it another couple days, I was assured that I would get what I paid for. When i finally threatened a chargeback, they said they were sending me out a replacement package, and some freebies. The catch was, the warehouse was backed up, and it would take a few days, and they were also going to re-use the same tracking that was already in the system and showing lost. At that time I should have just gotten a refund. after almost a month from my original order date, and about 10 days after being told that they were shipping me a new box, the post office MAGICALLY found my original package, with a damage label.

So at this point, i had the reshipment "sent out" and the original. The original got to me, 45 days after i purchased it. The reshipment, never got here, nor did the freebies they were sending me, so they lied and never sent it to me.

After the chargeback, even though they got their money, they voided the warranty that I paid for on all the products and blacklisted my credit card.

This is the ABSOLUTE worst company to purchaes anything from. Their products aren't even good compared to their competitors.

Do your self a favor and stay as far away from highfivevape.com as you can. They suck.
