Trouble from the very start
After more than 25 years in business without a chargeback, I recently changed my merchant processing to Highwire to get the lower rates they claimed to offer. It was a complete disaster! Within a month I had two fraudulent charges (never had one prior to that in over 25 years) which resulted in chargebacks after the merchandise had been shipped. Both high dollar charges where billing and shipping addresses matched. Received virtually ZERO customer support to resolve the issues. After only 6 weeks with Highwire, I switched back to Pmtbox, my previous processor. Good riddance Highwire!
