Talk to Sara
As promised I have called and finally got through today. Sara listened to my issues and is dealing with the matter. An email arrived within seconds for my parking letter and the bar bill is being looked at. Thankyou!

This review is for Holiday Inn at Brighouse, Leeds, UK.
I spent a night there to attend a funeral. A week later I received a £100 fine for using the car park. No one answers the phone, I have been trying for about 1/2 an hour, it just rings out. They even have an option for parking fines so this must happen all the time.
STAY AWAY they are a parking scam.
