Ordered a lamp £160
Had to send it back twice
They obviously don't check them before sending out
Will not use again

I have been working with Hill Interiors for a couple of years. They are so attentive, just cannot do enough for me! Would truly recommend dealing with them

I have been dealing with the wonderful team at Hill Interiors for over 25 years and have seen them grow and develop into one of the most diverse suppliers for those of us producing interior finishes for the hospitality sector ,Julian their Managing Director and I first met when he was a teenager and have worked together very successfully ever since . As a Company they are so responsive and their overnight delivery service is exceptional and does what it says on the tin . Whenever I am in the area I try and make an appointment to view the new arrivals at their extensive, beautifully presented showrooms in North Yorkshire and I have come to rely on them to always deliver ,they have pulled the rabbit from the hat on several occasions when we have needed extra last minute requests from clients . If you want to sleep soundly in these increasingly challenging times then can I highly recommend their extensive ranges of goods .I have purchased everything from furniture to Museum quality replica weapons ,fabulous silk flowers ,furniture ,bookends and countless mirrors and ceramic items .My clients are always impressed by the quality of everything they supply , so if you want to work with a trade supplier that will really look after you and never let you down year in year out then look no further than Hill Interiors .

We have tried to use this supplier, but we simply are not getting the support we need from them.
They are not geared up to offer direct to consumer service and need to sort this out before offering this service.
The delivery costs and added 'handling fees' are obscene,
Nice products but terrible system.

AVOID, Placed my first order with them and all I can say is never again. Constantly lied to on the phone about the status of the order and the issue still hasn't been resolved after almost 1 month!

Hill-Interiors quickly signed me up for a dropshipping account and all seemed well.

But after designing my whole store, I tried to make contact in 4 different ways, all of which were ignored with no replies received, and no answer on the phone.

(Email, Telephone, their contact form, and a Synchronisation request by email, to access their inventory).

Hill-Interiors did reply that afternoon as they said they would,
But they replied on the back of my email enquiry which asked them things - Asking me how they can help.
So I had to write again what was already written above. (ok I'm just splitting hairs).

Hill-Interiors replied again (quite quickly) to apologise and explain my emails had been going into their spam folder - Which is fair enough and easy to get caught out by.
However I have already moved on and the trust has been damaged.
I could be mistaken. They could be fantastic, I really don't know.
