Bought tickets for NYE and spent £160 on tickets for the 4 of us. Was denied entry at the door as they’d oversold tickets and the place was at capacity. I’m being denied a refund now for getting absolutely nothing. Shocking customer service. Never again will I give Hillhead book club any custom.
