unable to get a response to a problem I have with an account I have, very poor customer service account management person doesn't know-how resolve an issue and just refers to email service very disappointing

needed a headlight assembly.
found one at Hills.
product turned up promptly in a box bigger than my Christmas tree. Well wrapped .perfect.!
initial conversation with young Liam was a joy. empathy and concise. Part has been fitted and in good order. At last my confidence ordering online has been restored.

Tried to order a bench seat via eBay, poor communication, don’t respond to emails, tried calling and won’t discuss item listed only via email which they ignore!

Trying to find out about availability of a part, email sent. Response was they need more information. Contacted several more times, no reply to any communication. Very poor service, maybe a sign to avoid, imagine if I had purchased and had a problem!

Ordered parts from hills for my vehicle using the registration number. Drive 200 miles round trip to collect. When got home they didn't fit, checked with BMW and they were for a 3 series not 1 series. Rang hills to ask for exchange/ refund and was informed I should have checked before leaving!! Tried to complain and not interested. Emails sent to management which were also ignored! In addition to this found some parts were removed from purchase even though had a photo of what I was purchasing. Shop about first, these are cowboys!!!!

Been buying salvage cars off hills for a couple of years and always been welcomed and dealt with professionally by the receptionist, yard staff and salvage manager at hills, great bunch of people!

Bought a used alloy wheel via ebay to have as a full size spare. Arrived in a couple of days, well packaged and exactly as described.

DISGUSTING ATTITUDE BY THE 'MANAGER' AT HILSS SKELMERSDALE. SACARSTIC ON THE PHONE AND WOULD NOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. LIED ABOUT WHAT WAS SAID ON THE PHONE AND BLOCKED THE ACCOUNT HOLDERS ACCOUNT. ALL I DID WAS RING TO SEE IF THE VEHICLE WAS AVAILABLE FOR COLLECTION AND AS THE RECOVERY DRIVER I AM SURE IM ENTITLED TO DO THAT, SHE SAID SHE WOULDNT SPEAK TO ANY BODY ELSE APART FROM THE ACOUNT HOLDER, LIED TO ME STATING I SAID SOMETHING WHICH WAS NEVER SAID. ABSOLOUTE APPALING SERVICE SHE SHOULD BE SACKED IF THATS HOW SHE SPEAKS TO CUSTOMERS, ALL CALLS ARE RECOREDED? YOU SHOULD DEFIANTLY LISTEN TO THEM WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH THIS PATEHTIC AUCTION EVER AGAIN EVEN COPART HAVE MORE CLASS

I don't even know why I had an account restricted from the day I registered also I got billed twice for registration fees I'm waiting for my refund and close the account don't want no business with you lot!!

I bought a set of alloy wheels from Hills. I was very impressed by the speed of delivery (next day), the cleanliness of the alloys and the care taken in packaging to ensure that these (expensive to me items) arrived at my door quickly and in prime condition. Thank you, Hills.

Ordered a part for my Honda jazz late Sunday afternoon, received it early Tuesday morning , condition was better than advertised excellent service would definitely recommend hills

Never ever buy from here this is an awful.place ...sold me a range rover I'm disabled and wanted a range rover as its good for my wheelchair I bidded on there and got a range rover that stated it started and drove so when picking it up no starter pack was available but was told the car starts and drives even says it on the car window so upon bringing it home the car wouldn't start at all so had it checked the engine is finished and still they stated it started which is rubbish is couldn't of possibly start ..but then to get out of the fact they sold this under false pretensises they said we could of done it on e the recovery truck from there to my home..they are lying to people and taking money of vulnerable people how do they sleep at night..I won't stop I will contact papers and trading standerds..no one should be spoke to or treated in this way so NEVER USE THIS SIGHT it wouldn't let me put no stars I don't rate this one star were in a bad place as a country due to covid and this is how they scam money off people shame on you

It's a fact they run up the bids.They have been trying to sell one car since 2018....fact...not met reserve. Sorry Mr Hill, the market will tell you what cars are worth not your bidding up or nonsensical reserves....

Can there be anything worse than a company who promise to call you back and then never do! I feel so disappointed for all the people who assured me that they were excellent. Well my experience has been nothing but poor.

Hills r like coparts now they keep bidding you up. And the next week the sames cars on there. Was bidding over 10k on a car then the vat takes it up to over 12 grand plus fees got bidded up. Same car on auto trader not listed for 15k . Stop bidding people up and u will sell them don't go down the same road as COPARTS!!!!

I’ve bought 2018 Skoda Fabio I won the auction For £4670. Because they’re not happy with the price I want it they didn’t want to release it
And they put it back in the auction again today
