Wonderful Care and Kindness — If Only My Insurance Worked Here

I visited Hillsdale Dental _Advance on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, for my first appointment. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed — the staff was incredibly friendly, and my dental hygienist, Kayla, was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel comfortable right away, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the office.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to complete my cleaning because my dental insurance (Aetna PPO) isn’t accepted there. Since that’s the only way I can afford ongoing care, I’ll need to find another dentist who does take my insurance. I’m honestly disappointed and a bit heartbroken about this, because I would have loved to come back regularly — the people here are fantastic and my experience was excellent.

If my insurance situation ever changes, Hillsdale Dental will be my first choice!
