Cowboy Fitters.
I received a mobile service from the Ashford branch. The whole experience was a disaster from beginning to end, where they couldn't locate the initial order, constant chasing on the telephone and borrowing my hammer to bash in a wrench because they didn't have the appropriate tools. They offered to waive the mobile charge due to delays in getting the tyres in but then ripped me off by charging me extra time to change the wheel because they didn't have the right tool to do the job. Do not use this company. Utter shambles.

Tyres not ordered, another wasted morning.
Turned up to have two front tyres fitted and front wheel alignment, told by the fitter that I had phoned and cancelled my order, so I questioned, why would I still turn up? No tyres available, would have to have different ones, as it turns out the order was cancelled by Hi Q, not me, I had to reschedule everything and go back the day after, so a morning wasted, no apologies, this is the second time this has happened, I will not make the same mistake again.

The team at HIQ Ashford were super
The team at HIQ Ashford were super, the initial investigation was accurate and informative.
They ordered my tyres and fitted them the next day.
The service was great, quick to change the tyres and the tracking was done electronically with State of the art technology.
I will return as needed and recommend.
Ammar was exceptional polite and professional, well done!
