Had a flat tyre and no spare (modern day cars). Rang at 8.05am, they were at my door by 8.25am, job done and packed away by 8.45am.

Absolutely first class service and for an extremely reasonable price, even with the call out.

For Mots,servicing and any other work needed on my car,I wouldn't go anywhere else,the service you get in this garage is second to none,the manager will always try his best to get your car in for repair even if they are really busy.A phone call is always made to discuss prices before any extra work is completed on your vehicle.Highly recommend Hi Q Rushden 💯

Very friendly staff and professional. Gary the manager goes above and beyond to assist customers. I take my car every year for MOT and a service. The manager explains what needs to be done and keeps me informed by text or a call. Highly recommend this garage. 5 🌟 service from start to finish.

I've been bringing my cars here for many years for services mot's and maintenance.
The service you get here is exceptional, Gary always keeps me informed of progress on the works being carried out and if any unexpected works are needed he always gives me a call to discuss the work and prices, nothing is is ever done without prior approval so there are never any unexpected costs. I always recommend this garage to friends and family as its a very trustworthy garage

Went over a pothole on a country road between Rushden and Bedford. Contacted their office and they sent an engineer with a replacement within 30 minutes at a third of the price of other people we rang. The gentleman that turned up was lovely, did the job incredibly quickly and thoroughly and had us on our way within an hour of the actual puncture. Thank you so much.

4 new tyres in under 45 minutes, first time I’ve used them won’t be the last.

Outstanding !
My Kia was loosing coolant & had an oil leak.
1st time using HIQ in Rushden.
Need the car & loose money when off the road. Parts ordered and all fixed next day ! Woop Woop
Turns out I had damaged the front on a low brick wall and the leak got worse over a 2 year period.
Spot on with speed, price and efficiency !

Thought we had a slow puncture, called in at HiQ Rushden on the off chance and was told to drive straight in . Thought we might need new tyre but technician looked at it straight away and fixed it while we waited in waiting room. Turned out to be air leaking round rim, technician explained cause and fixed it at very reasonable price.

I have a Vauxhall Vivaro van that had an issue with the ABS system, I took this to the local garage in my area and they had the van for two years and couldn’t fix the issue. £500 later I took the van to another garage who then had the van for a further 9 months and couldn’t fix the issue. When I thought all hope was lost I heard good things about HiQ Rushden so thought I would give it ago. After dropping the van off to the warm welcoming team, I had a phone call 4 hours later saying they had diagnosed and repaired the issue and had given the van a fresh MOT!

I’m over the moon with the customer service I received and cannot get over how highly trained the team is. Almost three years without my workhorse they had it fixed.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

Great bunch of guys very helpful once again.

My car unfortunately went into limp mode, as I was coming home from work. I was a couple of miles from home and the car got me there, although slowly.
I called Hi-Q the next morning and they picked the car up in super quick time and performed a diagnostic.
The news that came back wasn't great. According to the onboard computer, it looked like an injector was faulty and needed replacing which was going to cost £600.
I gave the go ahead to have the work done.
Gary, the manager there called me however, and put it to me that before going ahead with the work, he wanted to check a bit deeper.
They cleared the faults and drove the car around, put a diagnostic check on it and there were no faults.
Rather than making me spend the £600, which they could have done and I'd have been none the wiser, they went the extra mile.
Not often I receive the kind of service that leaves me choked.
They now have a customer for life.
It's a rare trait these days and as a result I couldn't recommend Gary and his team enough.
Great service.
