UPS lost the package
UPS lost the package. I’m still waiting to hear from them after the investigation. So I still haven’t got my money back and of course haven’t received any updates or info about the investigation

Unique gift
Unique gift! Great, fast service. Beautiful packaging when you order the presentation box! Paper looked great and was authentic. Bought this for husband's birthday/anniversary. He loved it!

Scam
Scam. They sell copy paper that they say are originals and then refuse to refund you bc it’s “bespoke”. I could’ve printed it myself! And the frame was cheap!

Thank you for your review.
We are sorry you feel this way.
From looking at your order, and email confirmation, you have ordered a front page reprint of Obama's Inauguration from 2009. This product is not an original newspaper but is a bespoke, print-on-demand item and therefore is not a product that can be returned for a refund. This is all in line with our Terms and Conditions under personalized products.
We can see that you were in contact with a member of our Customer Service Team who explained this information to you, along with providing a copy of your email confirmation with your order details.
Kindest Regards

No gift box
The newspaper itself was as ordered. However, I specifically chose your company because the newspaper was supposed to come with a gift box. We never received the box and were very disappointed in the presentation of an old newspaper in a plastic bag.

Great 100th birthday gift!
My uncle really enjoyed the book he received for his 100th birthday! Within the first day he had already put yellow stickies on the things that he wanted to highlight. It was the perfect gift for him, thank you!
