All features were self explanatory and easy to use. We had great fun designing our own wedding website, invitations etc, all free of charge. Keeping track of who had visited our website, RSVPS, table planning etc, was so easy. Loved finding trusted vendors for each part of our big day and been able to read reviews to compare services.

I entered into a 12-month agreement based on assurances of increased visibility, top placement in listings and traffic. My analytics showed no measurable traffic from the platform and my listing was placed under videography rather than content creation, which I believe affected visibility. Lead’s doesn’t look real. I was told I will be placed at the top of the list I found myself 5-10 pages further in both locations I chose.
I raised concerns in writing and requested termination under section 8.1 of the agreement on the basis that the service was not delivered as represented. Management reviewed the call and disagreed, stating no guarantees were made.
This matter is currently in dispute.
I encourage vendors to carefully review the contract terms, clarify category placement and confirm all pricing (including VAT) in writing before signing.

SUPPLIER: was not informed of free options when organising the contract, leading to a £50 monthly fee. After 5 months, I have received one booking. Multiple messages have been from bots which is clear after a couple of messages back and forth.
A 'miscommunication' led to an annual fee being taken from my account, despite several emails it took 12 days for the money to be returned.
Each complaint I make takes 2-3 follow ups to get a response, which is always dismissive and occasionally in Spanish!
I have now launched an investigation with trading standards and sought legal advice

I can’t recommend Hitched enough! Signing up has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my business. The team were incredibly helpful and supportive when setting up my profile and guided me through everything to make sure it looked its best. The platform is super user-friendly and such a valuable space for connecting with brides. So pleased to be part of the Hitched community!

** EDIT ** Hitched's response is untrue. They tried to settle the matter privately but in the end they admitted fault. They still publicly maintain no fault however the formal response to the court is that they admit the claim in full. I am happy to share the legal court document where Hitched have admitted fault should anyone wish to see this.
As of today, I have now received a payout from Hitched following a HM Courts and Tribunals Money Claim where Hitched have admitted that they have not performed their service with a reasonable level of skill.
I was a member of Hitched as a professional for 2 years. Charging over £175 per month, you'd expect decent results. This could not be further from reality. They promise and promise but never deliver.
From week 1, I had issues with their site in which it was sending me leads from areas I wasn't subscribed to. Often, these were on the other side of the country. When this was reported, I was told that this was the correct behaviour of the site. Can someone explain how someone getting married in Scotland would possibly want to be shown suppliers in Kent?!
When I complained again, I was told that the reason I wasn't getting good leads was because I didn't have enough photos on my profile???
At the end of my first year, they increased pricing and committed to improving the site so like a complete moron, I signed another 12 month contract. Lo and behold, no such improvements came.
Further complaints fell on deaf ears. Once you are in a contract, this joke of a company could not care less about you.
I have transcripts of my repeated calls with their so-called support team where the same member of staff told me on multiple occasions that they had never heard of these issues before. They are also well documented in reviews on this site which the company have responded to so to say that they have not heard of the issues before is a blatant lie.
It is not clear to couples that their data will be shared with suppliers and I have had a number of irate brides and grooms on the phone asking why I have their details. Hitched will not accept that their site isn't clear. Despite me sending videos to them showing how unclear it is!
Please, for your own benefit, do not engage with these people! You would make more money sitting at home watching TV.

I used the site to find potential services for my daughter’s wedding and also enjoyed lots of the articles and advice pages. It was my first point of reference and found me some incredible people who made the day amazing.

We found hitched to be super useful in helping us plan our wedding! The website with RSVP function and meal choice was especially helpful! The website also worked really well for us as our wedding was in both English and French and we were able to edit it to have both languages very easily. The seating chart/planning tools were also very useful. We used hitched to find our wedding venue and several other suppliers - it was great! Hitched was our primary wedding planning tool and would certainly recommend it!

Absolute scam and unprofessional staff!
They used to be good before but last couple of years gone really low. I decided not to renew my premium listing and in return my free listing disappeared. While I was told another lies such as- oh it must be because some other suppliers are more in demand. I looked at other suppliers “ on demand “ and found some that didn’t trade since 2021😁 What a joke! Their algorithms are very shady and nobody is able to explain them. The only justification they are making is that everybody got married straight after the pandemic and no more couples left for me.
Dear Hitched, please don’t bother to contact me, thank you!

We are a supplier being charged immense amounts to cover a wide area and obtain hopefully a few clients? We received zero clients the leads in our teams opinions were fake non working numbers, no reply to emails etc. Over all the months ZERO bookings!
We tried to cancel and got threatened with 3rd party debt collection. It’s hard enough trying to make ends meet without having companies like this squeeze you!!! DO NOT USE THERE SERVICES YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

The Hitched app is a very well thought out app, the checklist is pretty non on for timings too!
The seating plan is priceless, and there’s no seating plan out there better than that! It syncs everyone from your guest list, believe me I’ve tried to use plenty others! You can save it as a pdf and send to your venue/ suppliers, you can save it as table view or a list view!
The guest list being able to categorise people to daytime or ceremony or evening is a good tool too!
Helped make my wedding run seamlessly, we even managed to hire some of the suppliers that hitched recommended too!

Hitched.co.uk Review – £143/Month, One Booking, Very poor and Questionable poor leads and Troubling Legal Concerns
I joined Hitched.co.uk as a professional celebrant hoping to connect with genuine couples. In three months I’ve had just one confirmed booking —despite paying £143 per month under a rigid 12-month contract.
Most enquiries felt generic or suspicious, with no follow-up or real engagement. When I raised concerns and asked to downgrade or leave, I was reluctantly offered a reduced subscription, but it was still entirely in their favour, with no fair exit route. Just threats of debt collectors and a delinquent account
Since raising the dispute and continuing to pay, I’ve received no enquiries at all?!.
There’s a clear lack of interest in supplier feedback, and any resolution offered seems designed to protect their revenue—not support professionals. I’ve asked direct questions about the value of their lead generation, security issues but they remain unanswered.
To make matters worse, their parent company, The Knot Worldwide, is facing legal scrutiny over allegations of fake leads and unfair business practices—raising serious concerns about the integrity of the platform.
If you’re a wedding professional considering Hitched, **read the contract carefully** and do your research. One booking in three months, no transparency, and unresolved legal questions do not justify the cost or the frustration. I would not recommend this platform to anyone who values integrity, support, or professional respect.

Avoid like the plague. It'll ruin your day. The place stinks.

Whats right with hitched,... its a platform designed to generate leads, wether them leads are valuable is another concern.
Despite trying everything possible , putting in the effort as much as we could, nothing worked and we was consitently met with dead ends.
Hitched may work if your very cheap where couples are happy to book anything, but when it comes to the couples who really care about the product they are purchasing then hitched falls far behind with assisting in generating bookings.
My biggest gripe with hitched, after shelling out £1100 a year for a silver listing and 4 premium counties you would think that if someone enquired with me that hitched wouldn't then present the prespective couple with more options, well you would be wrong.
if a couple enquire with you, they are then presented a furter 6-10 more options, so you pay all that money for then hitched to try and push other suppliers towards the couple EVEN though they enquired with you only direct.
And then when you tell hitched its just not working they have the cheek to say "Its not our fault if couples dont reply to you"
Unbelivable.
Does hitched work - it may get you a few bookings but you have to spend stupid amounts on the platform. my poor friend is in a £5,000 gold contract that hitched wont do anything about and she's had 2 bookings.
If you feel you need hitched my best advice is to put your money in to platforms you can control more, such as meta ads and google ads, at least you can fine tune your spend to what works rather than being locked in to a stupid contract.
To say soon as i signed up hitched stopped supporting me was an understatement, my account manager never replies.
Soon as your signed up thats it, they've got you!
Wait till the end of the 12 months and thats when they start offering you support again(To get you to renew)
They also had the cheek to send me a spreadsheet of bookings ive got via hitched...which was a complete load of rubbish , it was just a list of couples who had used hitched in some way and marked me as booked but they never found me on hitched (As one was my chuffin next door neighbour!)

I've been a supplier on Hitched since 2023 and it helped me create the backbone of my business. I've got nothing but positive things to say about my experience so far with Hitched. Their on boarding team were great, their support staff were incredibly helpful and I have regular calls with my account manager to review where I'm at and what I can do better.
I'm in 5 regions and pay extra in 2 of them, I receive on average an enquiry almost every day. I'm conscious this won't be everyone's experience, but it is mine.
The more I put into Hitched, the more I get out and the results I've had speak for themselves.

I’ve been a wedding supplier on Hitched for several years now, and it’s consistently proven itself to be a solid way to connect with couples. Does any listing site get everything right? Of course not. Is Hitched perfect? Also no. But in fairness… neither is any other platform!
What matters most is results, and Hitched delivers a steady stream of well-matched enquiries from couples who are genuinely interested and aligned with what I offer. My conversion rate to bookings is about what you’d reasonably expect, and I’ve had some absolutely fantastic couples find me through the platform.
Their support team has always been helpful and responsive, which makes a big difference. And yes, the subscription is a significant chunk of my annual marketing budget - but in my experience, it has been worth the investment.
My one piece of advice to any suppliers considering signing up:
Don’t just throw up a basic listing and expect magic. Hitched works best when you put the effort in. Take the time to create a high-quality listing with great images, meaningful copy and regular updates. If your listing is poor, your results will be too.
In short: Hitched is a great platform for finding couples, especially if you’re prepared to treat it as part of your marketing strategy rather than a “set it and forget it” tool. It's been a strong asset in my business for years, and I’m happy to recommend it.

I loved using Hitched to plan my wedding! The app was easy to use and did not put pressure on me to get tasks done by a certain date instead telling me what I needed to do by a certain month which was helpful. The wedding countdown part was also helpful in helping us count down the days and the budgeting part was helpful when looking for vendors.
