Very easy site to use
Very easy site to use. You don’t have to know much about the 3D or cad desIgn. Read the faqs, learn how to communicate with the ai using the suggested terms and syntax. You will actually get a better chance of your renders to come out 100% the way you want them. I’ve had a lot of good success with this site. I love that they have regular contest to help spark people’s creative and competitive energy. Thank you.

"Image to 3D" is absolutely amazing.
The fidelity of the original image in the 3D generation results using "Image to 3D" was the highest I have ever seen. Once you experience this level of performance, you won't be able to go back to using other companies' 3D generation services.

Love this software for making 3-D Modeling. The 3-D Relief is a life saver to make keychains, medallion, magnets stuff like that. Dont waist your money.. Hi3d just steals your point you'd paid for and don't care.
I had more then 4000 points I'd paid for. This month I had to skip my subscription, as we had some extra bills, so I thought I'd just cancel it for this month and re subscribe next month.
But instantly after the subscription stopped, they took ally point and left me with 290.
I contacted Hi3d and got told, that even tho, I'd paid for the point, If not used before the end of the month or if once subscription gets paused, you lose all your points, even tho you'd paid for them.
Dang chinese scammer!

First they say you get 100 credits if you sign up and suggest there will be multiple generations to try, then you log in and got 35.
Well that is not the worse thing, ok let's try to utilise these 35 credits. I've been waiting already 7 minutes for generation and it's still not complete :D anyone signing up and pay for this kind of serice might not be feeling well.
On top of that pushy ads, obstructing screen, every second page, omg that is disgousting. Before I got of pushy adds from signup screen, at least 20 clicks! Constantly showing everywhere, counting clocks everywhere. I haven't seen anything like that since 2005!
I think before you try to push any advertising and promoting your product asking to pay you, you should at least make your product OK, and your product is not even POOR lol.
And guess what, generation still not ready :D Do not waste your time!

Very poor for a paid service...
Producing an image is fine. Turning that into a 3d model is were it all goes very wrong. I purchased the pro version because I thought I was going to get a good service, Even using the 2.0 which is meant to give richer detail and more realistic textures, how wrong I was. The detail is non existent. I have used other free programs that have produced 10x better results.. If I could I would of asked for a refund.

I just joined for a year in advance. None of their .3mf files will load in Bambu Studio. Renders my subscription useless. The .stl files downloaded will load, but not the .3mf ones with colors. That's exactly why I joined, I need color models.
When trying to upload .stl files to work on, it doesn't recognize them either, so that part of their site is useless. It will only recognize .stl files that were created by their site.
There is absolutely no support ticket system or help pages. They take your money and laugh all the way to the bank.

To upload and work with your own STL files, please import them through Edit (Studio) rather than the Assets page. The Assets page currently does not fully support exporting colored 3MF files, but this feature is already under development.
