I have a HIU and two of the radiators were always cold. I have tried bleeding them and rebalance them, to the best of my knowledge. Furthermore, I tried different plumbing companies and engineers, and nobody could fix it. HBR sent a couple of engineers who spent 45 minutes and left all the radiators working. They even followed up to check on the service a couple of hours later.
It feels almost impossible to find this kind of professionalism in London anymore.

Steven Best was our repairs person. He came in and straight away I can see he knew what he was doing. He methodically investigated the water flow problem and fixed it with no fuss whatsoever. Great experience. Would 100% recommend him.

TJ was extremely profesional yet friendly. Managed to fix the leakage in my HIU unit quickly and informed me as well about the fault. Would highly recommend the company and TJ.

Mohammad, the maintanance guy that came immediately identified the problem and was very clear in telling me what was wrong, why it went wrong, and what to do in the future to avoid this happening again. He was honest and very patient and helpful to my questions. Clean and quick too.

I received an email and follow up call from Bertie at HIU Breakdown and Repairs earlier today to suggest as the part I was waiting for had arrived they could now carry out the repair to my HIU unit. Their engineer PJ duly turned up in good time and worked hard to replace the part and explained details of the works when I asked. He was very kind and patient and waited until the floors began to heat up before leaving and whilst waiting cleaned up the debris from his works.

Good experience, fixed the issue and punctual. Steve was knowledgeable, gave useful and helpful advice.

Had an issue with my thermostat not connecting to the boiler. Steve the engineer, identified the issue and found a solution that meant I didn’t need to replace the thermostat immediately which I really appreciated.

Excellent service, efficient. Also checked the wider system and responded to my queries.

Ozzie was very knowledgeable and happy to explain the processes being carried out / answer questions as he went. Tested various parts of the system around the flat thoroughly. The hot water actually shut off just after Ozzie left and he came straight back to the flat when I messaged him to fix and diagnose the issue. Would be happy to recommend and will use again.
