Product great, it did take my husband some time to restablish connection to thermostat when connection was dropped a few hours after installation but instructions were very straightforward on hive.com. Disappointing that we were unable to find anyone to speak to anyone to help us with this problem

It certainly has lots of control over my heating system and is a wonderful replacing for my soon to be obsolete Cosy system
Great item
Sits neatly over the old programmer. A random click noise on my unit which dose not start heating the water or radiators is annoying. Will have to contact Hive why this is happening.
Very complicated to use and not user friendly I had the cosy which has now sadly discontinued hence bought the hive
