We are extremely disappointed with the…

We are extremely disappointed with the service provided by this kitchen designer.

The kitchen supplied was substandard, and the project was managed very poorly, with little to no effective project management throughout the installation. Issues were not properly addressed, communication was inadequate, and the work remained unfinished.

Before the installation could be completed, we were forced to remove the unfinished kitchen and make alternative arrangements. This has caused significant disruption, additional expense, and considerable stress.

We are now having to pursue the matter through the Small Claims Court to seek a refund of the kitchen costs. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable kitchen designer or installer.
